Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are made available.
The most powerful racial Shield Razortail for instance, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an acquired item, such as armor, weapon or rings. The item is replaced with an identical item however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any money wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or buy them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of the equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can reroll their equipment in three aspects that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that melee and weapons while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next Success is rerolled. This helps to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of every preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. Once they are open they show a complete description and the icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This affects the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
upgrade item and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones which increase the value of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The menu will appear that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being upgraded and the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the requirements are met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the item's durability. The system is an excellent option for players who wish to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. Furthermore players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item onto a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. However, there are numerous ways to acquire these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as an icon of blue next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at a time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a specific quantity of items to be used in addition to a minimum amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add items to be upgraded. On the right side, a preview shows what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Once a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will increase by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available to it. Also, when an item reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will damage the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs that can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
Upgrades to items enable players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them extra effects or an increased level of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade element is placed in an item it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without limitation.
Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases defense base and gives an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get a perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.
When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will place an item in your inventory once you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
